1. What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 HST.
2. Do you carry half sizes?
Yes, our shoes are offered in whole sizes only.
3. What shipping options do I have? (How soon will I receive my order?)
All orders are shipped via UPS. Your orders can be shipped ground, 3-day air, 2-day air, next day air or next day air saver. Air shipments incur an additional cost. These orders must be received in our office by 12:00 p.m. (PST) to ship out the same day. Orders received by Ellie Shoes will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For orders shipped via ground service, it takes 3-5 business days to receive depending on where you are located. If you would like more information on transit time, please feel free to contact an Eliie Shoes representative.
4. Can I use your images for my website?
Nicky Shoes' customers will have limited rights to images posted on www.nickyshoe.com. However, we also offer a CD catalog with our product images for $10.00.
5. I made a purchase, why my credit card is not charged?
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
